The North Canterbury Transport Infrastructure Recovery alliance (NCTIR) will be hosting monthly drop-in sessions about its ongoing work in the area. Council Buildings, 96 West End. 1st Floor, outside the library. First Thursday of each month 12 pm - 2 pm.
