Hutton’s Shearwater Talk

Kaikoura Museum in collaboration with the Hutton’s Shearwaters Charitable Trust are proud to be hosting
Dr. Paul Scofield PhD, MSc(Hons), BSc, Senior Curator Natural History at Canterbury Museum

Paul will present a talk on the Hutton’s Shearwaters:
“Why do a % of Kaikoura’s Hutton’s Shearwaters have red breasts this week?”
Estimating post earthquake Hutton’s Shearwater population status. A Colour Mark Re-capture project.

This is an MPI funded scientific project, supported by Canterbury Museum, Department of Conservation, University of Canterbury and the Hutton’s Shearwater Trust.
