This workshop examines the nature of an individual’s personal strengths, how these affect values and motivation and how they can be used to craft situations to use the strongest personal resources. Tools are included for personal and professional use, for the identification, measurement and application of strengths-based personal and professional relationship-building and support for the development of others

We all want to be happier and less stressed, and we know that this has a significant effect on our psychological and physical wellbeing, but how do we get there and maintain it. Pathways that maintain our personal wellbeing may be very different for each of us and are influenced by our life values and perspectives. This workshop will cover an overview of emotional wellbeing principles, recognising and managing stress, explore personal value systems, consider lifelong practices for maintaining emotional wellbeing and engaging positive emotions and practicing appreciative perspective
For the whole family in the holidays, this Easter egg hunt is for different ages. 1-4, 5-10 and 10+ with face painting, activities, a sausage Sizzle with drinks… all brought to you by the Lions Club of Seaward Kaikoura.
